Premium ski resort Gonjiam Opens in Early December
Gonjiam Ski Resort, the largest ski resort in the Seoul metropolitan area which can be reached in 40 minutes from Seoul, will start the new ski season 2024/25 in early December.
Gonjiam Resort is equipped with Korea’s best ski facilities, including a total of eight wide slopes with a maximum width of 154 meters, a super-speed lift that moves 15,000 people per hour to the top, and a wireless remote control snow removal system.
In addition, it provides a differentiated ski life with the Slope Garden System, which limits the number of customers used at the same time, the Ski Mobile Quick Pass, also can be conveniently used from reservation to entry with a single smartphone, and a variety of pleasant and clean ski facilities, including the first part-time lift ticket in Korea.
Gonjiam Resort said it plans to provide a more pleasant and convenient premium ski life during the 24/25 season.
First, in order to provide a relaxed and pleasant ski life for elementary and intermediate skiers, the Panorama Slope, which can be used from the top of the intermediate slope, will be expanded and opened.
Elementary and intermediate skiers, which have been enjoyed only at the bottom of the slope, will be able to ski longer and wider from the top of the ski resort to the base in the 24/25 season.
