Stray Kids Releases ‘Deadful and Wolverine’ OST ‘SLASH’

Stray Kids has released a digital single “SLASH” and continues its global popularity.

Stray Kids made their comeback on July 19 after releasing their new mini album “ATE” and title track “Chk Chk Boom.” It will then release its new song “SLASH” and original sound track “Deadful and Wolverine” on July 23, drawing attention from music fans.

The new song “SLASH” is a song worked on by Bang Chan, Chang Bin, Han, and K-pop star composer VERSACHOI of the group’s production team 3RACHA with the motif of the movie “Deadful.”

Since the release of the OST track list of “Deadful and Wolverine” earlier, movie fans and listeners around the world have been looking forward to it. The new song will be available on various music sites from 6 p.m. on July 23rd in Korea.

Stray Kids has had a special relationship with “Deadpool” since 2021. After the performance of the members borrowing “Deadpool” from Mnet’s “Kingdom: Legendary War” was released, “Deadpool” lead actor Ryan Reynolds mentioned Stray Kids on his SNS channel.

Stray Kids, Ryan Reynolds, and Hugh Jackman boasted their special friendship by conducting interviews to commemorate the release of the movie “Deadful and Wolverine” and making a surprise appearance in the music video for Stray Kids’ new song “Chk Chk Boom.”

Recently, Stray Kids has been enjoying success with its new album “ATE” and title track “Chk Chk Boom.” The new album sold 1,654,332 copies of the album based on the music aggregation website Hanteo Chart on the day of its release, sold million in a single day.
