“In line with the current government’s ‘Korea-Central Asia K Silk Road Cooperation Initiative’, the public corporation will also strive to establish an international city network between countries on the Silk Road,” said Kim Nam-il, president of Gyeongju Expo Grand Park. “We hope that ‘cooking noodles’, which combines the internationality, openness, and inclusiveness of Silla culture with food culture, will serve as an opportunity to understand and experience exchanges between East and West cultures more easily.”
