Bonobono appeared on Seoul Subway Line 2
Passengers on Seoul Subway Line 2 recently encountered an unexpected and welcoming visitor. Bonobono, famous for its animation characters, has made a surprise appearance on the subway, attracting passengers’ attention, and has become a hot topic of conversation.
Bonobono hosted a special event with his friends to meet with fans on the train, and the scene immediately spread through social media, drawing attention.

The surprise event is part of pre-marketing ahead of the opening of the Bonobono pop-up store, which will be held from September 11th to 22nd.
The pop-up store, which will be held at the atrium on the first floor of Lotte World Mall in Jamsil, will be decorated with an experiential space featuring Bonobono’s journey to find the precious clams he lost.
The Bonobono pop-up store will be decorated with limited-edition artwork, goods, and various F&B products.
In particular, customers who visit the pop-up store will be able to see a collaboration product with Bonobono soft ice cream and Bong-Tang, which is famous for its famous Songridan-gil restaurant. A drawing show and a signing event featuring Bonobono’s artists were also scheduled for September 18th.

A pop-up official said, “We have also set up a large Bonobono balloon and various photo zones in the outdoor arena square so that visitors can make special memories.
This Bonobono pop-up store will be decorated as a space where visitors can experience and enjoy themselves, beyond simply purchasing products.
