Netflix series ‘Sweet Home 3’ Production Presentation


Netflix’s “Sweet Home,” which translates the original Naver webtoon by Kim Kan-bi and Hwang Young-chan, which has accumulated more than 1.2 billion views, will return to season 3.

“Sweet Home Season 3” depicts their desperate and desperate struggles between monsters and humans in a world that is the end of monsterization and the beginning of a rookie season.


On the morning of June 17th, Lee Jin-wook, Lee Si-young, Ko Min-si, Jin-young, Yoo Oh-sung, Oh Jung-se, Kim Moo-yeol, Kim Si-ah and director Lee Eung-bok attended the production presentation of Netflix’s “Sweet Home” held at the Grand Ballroom of JW Marriott Dongdaemun in Seoul, hosted by broadcaster Park Kyung-rim. Actors Song Kang and Lee Do-hyun, who are serving in the military, did not attend the presentation


Lee Jin-wook said, “It is a story about characters who go through various events in Seasons 1 and 2 and go through changes in their abilities and create results as they run toward the end,” while playing Pyun Sang-wook, who was deprived of Nam Sang-won, said, “I thought he was a separate character. I thought he was close to an animal with a primitive feeling in accepting Nam Sang-won’s story. Pyun Sang-wook said, “I was worried about how far this character could protect because he is not a pushover.”


Meanwhile, by informing global viewers of the fun and personality of the K-creature genre, [Sweet Home] Season 1 drew enthusiastic responses by topping 13 foreign countries within four days of its release and ranking in the top 10 of Netflix in the U.S. for the first time in the history of Korean contents. Season 2 also entered the Netflix Global Top 10 for two consecutive weeks, making the Top 10 list of 42 countries, receiving much love from domestic and foreign viewers.


Season 1, which announced the beginning of K-creature with a monster born out of desire, and season 2, which expanded the world view by illuminating humans living in a prolonged monsterization situation, season 3 of “Sweet Home,” which will mark the finale of the epic with the birth of a rookie, will be released on Netflix on July 19 (Fri).
