The “2024 High1 Shasta & Local Festival” will be held from June 21st to 25th at High1 Resort run by Kangwon Land. The Shasta Daisy & Local Festival is High1’s signature festival, and as Kangwon Land proudly presents for “K-HIT (High1 Integrated Tourism) Project 1.0” to strengthen the competitiveness of the complex resort, various local contents were added to provide abundant entertainment.
First of all, there are various activities to enjoy the summer slopes in full bloom with cool winds, including the Wildflower Cart Tour.
As you can freely leave a “life shot” in photo zones located everywhere while driving an eco-friendly cart yourself, the annual popular “Wild Flower Cart Tour” can accommodate up to five people, and the amount of use is 50,000 won for an hour course.
It will also sell the “High1 Untando Cable Car,” which offers a view of the pure white slope from the sky, and the “Shasta Tour Integration Ticket,” which offers ski lifts. The integration Ticket will be available on-site at 20,000 won, a 58 percent discount until July 7.
The “Summer Night Local Festival” begins when the sun goes down. The Mountain Condo Grass Plaza will feature a makgeolli zone and a food zone where visitors can enjoy traditional Gangwon State wine and food together.
During the same period, busking performances will also be held to present the beautiful melodies of summer nights to customers who enjoy local festivals.
In addition, visitors can enjoy various wellness experiences such as making flower fans, making cinnamon bags, and making their own perfume at the experience booth. The experience booth will be operated at Mountain Lawn Plaza from 21st to 23rd, and Valley Hub from 24th to 25th.
ALso, there are various events and packages such as a paper airplane flying competition where the whole family can return to their childhood innocence. For more information, visit the website of High1 Resort.
